Job Description

Serves as a behavioral science subject matter expert and consults on complex issues and improves the effectiveness of business decisions by using behavioral insights and methodologies. Maintains familiarity with academic literature and emerging trends in Behavioral Science to develop hypotheses. Derives insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis. Helps design, implement and manage projects and approaches. Develops techniques and methodologies to achieve business and corporate goals drawing upon broad functional expertise in behavioral science. Conducts foundational research across the organization, executing a variety of research programs, such as data analysis, interviews, workshops and various forms of design prototype evaluation. Closely partners with product, data science, and machine-learning teams to deliver behaviorally informed products and processes. Contributes to the creation of journey maps and user personas.

Job Qualifications

Experience with qualitative research methods, product and/or service design or UX research
Familiarity with inferential statistics, data analysis (e.g. linear and logistic regression) and experimental design (e.g. A/B testing)
Ability to contribute to tactics to support changing business strategies and direction
Experience handling data and writing database queries using tools such as SQL preferred
