Floor Manager

Our ideal candidate will be a customer-focused and experienced leader, with a passion for fashion and a strong eye for detail.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, proven experience leading and motivating a team, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of retail staff in order to deliver excellent customer service and maximize sales.
2. Manage and monitor daily operations and create an efficient and productive work environment.
3. Ensure that the store is kept clean, organized and up to company standards at all times.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, maximize sales, and increase profitability.
5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance in order to ensure that all staff are meeting expectations.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Manage store inventory, stock levels, and markdowns.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
10. Stay up to date on current fashion trends and the brand’s collections.
