Floor Manager

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Floor Manager to join our AllSaints team! Our Floor Managers are the face of the store, creating an unforgettable and personalised shopping experience for our customers. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, who can think on their feet and take initiative.To excel in this role, you should have at least two years’ experience in a similar position in a customer service environment, and be a natural leader. You should also be able to think strategically and handle a wide range of tasks at once. Additionally, you should be passionate about fashion and have a genuine enthusiasm for AllSaints products. Above all, you should be confident, creative and have a great sense of style.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure customers have an enjoyable and personalised shopping experience
2. Lead and motivate the store team
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
5. Create and implement strategies to maximise sales and increase customer satisfaction
6. Lead store events and promotions
7. Ensure store operations are compliant with company policies and procedures
8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries
9. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory
10. Maintain a stylish and professional store environment
