Floor Manager

At AllSaints, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, have a flair for customer service and a solid understanding of retail operations. We’re looking for an individual who is highly motivated, with the ability to take initiative and a passion for driving sales. The Floor Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, overseeing the store team and managing the day-to-day operations of the store.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar role in a fast-paced retail environment• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles• Excellent organizational and time-management skills• Able to motivate and lead a team• A passion for fashion and retail• Proficiency in using POS systems• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers • Oversee store team and manage day-to-day operations • Maintain high standards of customer service • Monitor and motivate staff performance • Ensure store policies and procedures are followed • Assist in recruiting, hiring and training new employees • Monitor stock levels and take appropriate action to ensure availability of merchandise • Monitor sales performance and drive sales • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Handle customer complaints and escalations • Handle cash and financial transactions • Implement strategies to increase customer engagement • Analyze customer feedback and take appropriate action • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to maximize sales
