Floor Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Floor Manager to join the AllSaints team! This position will be responsible for overseeing our store operations and providing superior customer service to ensure our customers have a great shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also have prior experience in retail management, preferably in fashion and/or luxury goods. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor store operations, including customer service, inventory, sales, and merchandising.
2. Ensure that customers have a great shopping experience by providing superior customer service.
3. Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of retail sales associates and other staff.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and store performance.
5. Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
6. Analyze current trends and customer needs to inform merchandising and product selection.
7. Maintain accurate records of store performance, sales, and inventory.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Provide feedback to other departments on customer service, product selection, and other store-related issues.
10. Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
