Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
2. Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to team members accordingly.
3. Monitor stock levels, manage stock delivery and replenishment schedules, and ensure stock is displayed according to company guidelines.
4. Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews.
5. Identify training needs and develop and deliver appropriate training and development plans.
6. Monitor team members’ adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Address customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, sales performance, and profitability.
9. Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and personnel information.
10. Actively promote the company’s products and services.
