We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Floor Manager to join our team and help create a unique and unforgettable shopping experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and customer service, as well as excellent leadership and organizational skills. They should be a team player, able to work closely with colleagues to ensure the store runs efficiently. Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and motivate store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  2. Train, manage, and develop store staff to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate and monitor store operations to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  4. Track and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  6. Maintain a neat and tidy store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  7. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
  8. Monitor stock levels and order new products when necessary.
  9. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure the safety of customers and staff at all times.
