Job Description

At AllSaints, we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help us provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fashion and have a strong commitment to customer service. They should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to take initiative, and a proven track record of successful team-leading. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional customer service.
  3. Monitor sales performance and take appropriate corrective action where necessary.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and maintain store inventory, restocking shelves as required.
  6. Monitor and maintain store appearance.
  7. Train and mentor staff in sales techniques and customer service standards.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the store.
  9. Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  10. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and policies.
