Job Description

At Allina Health System, we are looking for a motivated, organized, and experienced Supply Chain Contract Coordinator to join our team. This individual must be able to work with a variety of personnel, possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, and be able to develop and maintain effective business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ensuring quality customer service and possess excellent communication and analytical abilities.The Supply Chain Contract Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of contracts and supplier agreements. This individual must have a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s supply chain strategies and be able to effectively negotiate contracts with suppliers. The successful candidate must be able to analyze data and trends and make recommendations to improve overall efficiency and profitability.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare supply chain setting. Additionally, the candidate must have a proven track record of success in contract negotiations, knowledge of healthcare supply chain systems, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
