
Staffing Coordinator

- Coordinate and manage the staffing needs of our healthcare facility.
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Communicate with department managers and staff to understand staffing needs and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new employees as needed.
- Monitor and track employee attendance and time off requests.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies regarding staffing and scheduling.
- Assist in the development and implementation of staffing policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and schedules.
- Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient care.
- Identify and address any staffing shortages or conflicts in a timely manner.
- Assist with the training and orientation of new staff members.
- Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on staffing levels and trends to management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Staffing, Recruiting, Or Human Resources.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc And Ada.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
