We are looking for an experienced, highly-motivated Senior Compensation Specialist to join the Allina Health System team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and results-driven professional with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and practices. The Senior Compensation Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that compensation and benefits packages are cost-effective, competitive, and compliant with legal regulations.The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on their findings. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments.If you have 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits and are ready for a rewarding and challenging role within a top healthcare system, then we want to hear from you!
