  3. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Utilize critical thinking skills to anticipate and respond to potential complications during surgery.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve clinical skills.
  10. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients, colleagues, and other healthcare team members.
  11. Advocate for patients and their needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and provide comprehensive care for patients.
  13. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Follow all hospital policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Minnesota.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Operating Room Setting.

  • Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Surgical Procedures, Equipment, And Sterile Techniques.
