Responsibilities:

1. Provide high quality patient care and adhere to the standards of practice set by the state of Minnesota.
2. Establish a positive rapport with patients and their families.
3. Assess patients’ needs and provide appropriate interventions.
4. Document patient progress and care plans.
5. Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
6. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
7. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
8. Maintain patient safety and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
9. Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
10. Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments.
