RN - Medical Surgery

At Allina Health System, we are looking for an experienced and compassionate Medical Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a professional individual with a proven track record of providing quality patient care and a positive customer service experience.The Medical Surgery RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a wide variety of Medical/Surgical settings, such as Intensive Care Units, Operating Rooms, and Emergency Departments. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized patient care plans, and monitor the progress of patients throughout their hospital stay. Additionally, they will work in a collaborative team environment to ensure the highest quality of care.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota, have a minimum of two years of Medical/Surgical RN experience, and have strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Responsibilities:
