- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with complex medical conditions.
- Work within various critical care units, adapting to different environments and patient populations.
- Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical care practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient health status, identifying any changes and responding appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills.
- Act as a resource and mentor for less experienced nurses.

Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Nursing Program.
Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience In A Critical Care Setting, Such As Icu Or Er.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls) Certifications.
Flexibility And Adaptability To Work In Various Critical Care Units, Including Varying Shifts And Patient Populations.
