Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Working.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Bsn Degree Is Preferred For This Role, As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Nursing Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse, With A Strong Background In Critical Care, Emergency, Or Intensive Care.
Certification In Relevant Area: Candidates Should Hold Certifications In Areas Such As Acls, Pals, And Tncc. This Shows Their Dedication To Staying Current In Their Field And Their Ability To Handle Complex Medical Situations.
