1. Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using state-of-the-art technology to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
2. Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and knowledge of current radiologic technology and techniques.
3. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
4. Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process to them, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Position patients correctly and accurately capture images according to physician orders and department protocols.
6. Review and evaluate images for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
7. Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
8. Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and maintain patient records according to department and regulatory standards.
9. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.
10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure infection control protocols are followed.
