  1. Coordinate and manage the schedules of healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and other staff members.
  2. Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and other departments within the organization.
  3. Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain and update provider databases and records, including contact information, licenses, and certifications.
  5. Monitor and track provider productivity and performance, identifying any areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new providers, ensuring all necessary credentials and background checks are completed.
  7. Assist in creating and implementing policies and procedures for provider scheduling and operations.
  8. Address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise and find solutions to ensure seamless patient care.
  9. Communicate and coordinate with external organizations, such as insurance companies and referral sources, as needed.
  10. Participate in meetings and trainings to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  11. Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all patient and provider information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a positive and efficient patient experience.
  14. Assist in handling billing and coding related to provider services.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality of care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Provider Coordination Or A Similar Role Within A Healthcare Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Providers, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Other Relevant Software Programs.
