Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy From An Accredited Institution Is Required For A Per Diem Physical Therapist Job At Allina Health System.

  • Valid State License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid State License To Practice As A Physical Therapist. This License Must Be In Good Standing And Up-To-Date.

  • Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Clinic, Is Preferred For This Position. This Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Per Diem Physical Therapist, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential. This Includes Being Able To Explain Treatment Plans And Educate Patients On Exercises And Techniques.

  • Ability To Work Independently: Per Diem Physical Therapists At Allina Health System Are Expected To Be Self-Motivated And Able To Work Independently. This Includes Managing Their Own Schedule And Caseload, As Well As Making Clinical Decisions And Documenting Patient Progress.
