  1. Conduct thorough ultrasounds on expectant mothers to provide accurate and detailed images of the developing fetus.
  2. Communicate effectively with patients to explain the ultrasound procedure and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion while interacting with patients and their families.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to review and interpret ultrasound results.
  5. Keep accurate and detailed records of patient information, including ultrasound images and findings.
  6. Stay current on advancements and updates in ultrasound technology and techniques.
  7. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients during ultrasounds.
  8. Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition.
  9. Provide support and guidance to expectant mothers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when dealing with sensitive or personal information of patients.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the perinatal department by actively participating in team meetings and trainings.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare and providing a positive experience for patients.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification In Obstetric And Gynecologic Sonography (Ob/Gyn) From A Reputable Organization Such As Ardms Or Arrt.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Performing Perinatal Ultrasound Exams In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fetal Anatomy And Development, As Well As Experience In Diagnosing And Documenting Abnormalities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficient In Operating And Maintaining Ultrasound Equipment, As Well As Experience In Implementing Quality Control And Assurance Measures To Ensure Accurate And High-Quality Images.
