The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care, and a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to a positive patient experience. We require the following qualifications for this position: current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA), completion of a formal medical assistant or nursing assistant training program and a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting. In addition, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
