High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Patient Care Tech In The Emergency Department At Allina Health System Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification: Allina Health System Requires Candidates For The Patient Care Tech Role To Have A Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Provide Basic Patient Care.
Basic Life Support Certification: Emergency Situations May Arise In The Emergency Department And Therefore, Allina Health System Requires Candidates To Have A Valid Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification.
