- Conduct orthopedic surgeries with precision and expertise, utilizing the latest techniques and technology.
- Provide exceptional care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to general or total joint issues.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of orthopedic surgery and implement new techniques as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure they understand their condition and treatment options.

- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with insurance providers and other third-party entities to ensure proper coverage and reimbursement for patients.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Allina Health System and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Medical Degree From An Accredited Medical School And Completion Of An Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.
Board Certification In Orthopedic Surgery And Subspecialty Certification In Total Joint Replacement.
Current And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Of Practice.
Demonstrated Experience And Expertise In Performing Complex Orthopedic Surgeries, Specifically In The Area Of Total Joint Replacements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Multidisciplinary Teams And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients.
