  1. Provide exceptional patient care by greeting and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Utilize expertise in fitting and dispensing eyewear to help patients see clearly and comfortably.
  3. Conduct thorough eye exams and measurements to determine the best eyewear for each patient.
  4. Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure overall patient well-being.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in opticianry.
  8. Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
  9. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  10. Demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
  11. Uphold all company policies and procedures.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • A Valid Optician License Issued By The State Of Minnesota.

  • A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Optician In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Current Eyewear Trends And Products, Including Lens Options And Frame Styles.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills For Interacting With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Accurately Measure And Fit Eyeglasses And Contact Lenses, As Well As Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Related Issues.
