Nursing Supervisor, Home Health

At Allina Health System, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Nursing Supervisor to join our Home Health team and provide exceptional care to our patients. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the professional nursing care and services provided to patients in the home health setting. This individual will also be responsible for providing clinical supervision, oversight and coordination of the nursing staff.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a current nursing license in the state of Minnesota, as well as at least two years of nursing experience in a home health setting. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to providing excellent care to our patients and families.
