Responsibilities:

  1. Provide compassionate care to all patients.
  2. Maintain a valid nursing assistant certification.
  3. Actively participate in patient care activities, such as taking vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support.
  4. Remain up to date on changes in the medical field.
  5. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure patient care is provided in a safe and effective manner.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and families.
  7. Maintain accurate and up to date medical records.
  8. Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills.
  9. Provide education and support to patients and families.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
