Nursing Assistant Short Stay Observation

1. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families in the Short Stay Observation unit.
2. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being and comfort of patients.
3. Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as bathing, feeding, and toileting.
4. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.
5. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure proper understanding and delivery of care.
7. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
8. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as directed by the nursing team.
9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay in the Short Stay Observation unit.
10. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education opportunities.
