Nursing Assistant

At Allina Health System, we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance to the nursing staff. Working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, you will provide assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, wound care and other clinical duties.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and a Certified Nursing Assistant license. Previous experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of the nursing process is preferred. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
