- Provide advanced and comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate course of care.
- Administer and monitor specialized treatments and procedures related to neurointerventional radiology.

Advanced Education And Training: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Master's Degree In Nursing Or A Physician Assistant Program, With Specialized Training In Neurointerventional Radiology. This May Include Completion Of A Fellowship Program, Advanced Certification, Or Relevant Coursework.
Licensure And Certification: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid And Unrestricted License As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Minnesota, And Maintain Current Certification In Their Respective Field (E.g. Ancc, Aanp, Nccpa).
Clinical Experience: Allina Health System Is Seeking Candidates With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Neurointerventional Radiology Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare System. Experience With Complex Procedures, Such As Cerebral Angiography, Embolization, And Stent Placement, Is Highly Desired.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Technicians. They Should Also Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Patients And Their Families, Providing Education And Support Throughout The Treatment Process.
