3. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
4. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients.
5. Escort patients to exam rooms and assist with preparing them for their appointments.
6. Take and record vital signs accurately.
7. Prepare and maintain medical records for patients.
8. Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments.
9. Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
10. Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens as needed.
11. Educate patients on proper medication use and post-treatment care.
12. Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients and their families.
13. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
14. Keep inventory of medical supplies and order as needed.
15. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
16. Attend training and educational sessions to stay current on medical practices.
17. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
18. Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service to patients.
19. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and completing forms.
20. Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.
