1. Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
3. Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details.
4. Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures, following proper protocols and safety measures.
5. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adequate supply of medical equipment and supplies.
