- Oversee the daily operations of the Specialty Clinic III, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
- Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and administrative staff.
- Ensure that all staff members are trained and up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices and protocols.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of patient care.
- Monitor and maintain budgetary and financial goals for the clinic.
- Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to provide a seamless and comprehensive patient experience.
- Address any patient or staff concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff members.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in healthcare management to continuously improve the clinic's operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience and satisfaction with the clinic's services.
- Maintain and track quality assurance measures to ensure the highest level of care is being provided.
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required by the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to upper management on clinic performance and progress.
- Act as a role model for staff members, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and excellence in patient care.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge And Experience In Specialty Clinic Operations, Including Scheduling, Revenue Cycle Management, And Patient Care Coordination.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team.
Experience With Budget Management, Strategic Planning, And Process Improvement Initiatives.
