  1. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document all findings accurately.
  2. Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  3. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.
  4. Utilize specialized knowledge and skills in ENT and audiology to assist with patient care and treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and self-management strategies.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
  8. Follow infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  9. Stay current on latest developments and advancements in ENT and audiology to provide the best possible care.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to establish a positive and supportive healthcare environment.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  13. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.
  14. Serve as a role model for exemplary patient care and professionalism.
  15. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families at all times.

  • Current Lpn License In The State Of Minnesota
