1. Provide exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care needs of patients in the urgent care clinic setting.
2. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care to patients.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with the scope of practice for an LPN.
5. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team and assist in developing and implementing appropriate interventions.
6. Educate and counsel patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.

11. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice and comply with all clinic policies and procedures.
12. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement and participate in quality assurance activities within the clinic.
13. Maintain professional competence by pursuing ongoing education and training opportunities.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by clinic management.
