- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Identify and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.

Graduation From An Accredited Practical Nursing Program: All Candidates For A Licensed Practical Nurse Position At Allina Health System Must Have Completed An Accredited Practical Nursing Program And Hold A Valid Lpn License In The State Of Employment.
Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Allina Health System Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinic. This Experience Should Include Hands-On Patient Care, Medication Administration, And Knowledge Of Standard Nursing Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Licensed Practical Nurse At Allina Health System, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial. Lpns Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Members Of The Healthcare Team.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Nursing Principles And Procedures: Allina Health System Requires Candidates To Have A Strong Understanding Of Nursing Principles And Procedures, Including Basic Patient Care, Infection Control, And Medication Administration. This Knowledge Should Be Demonstrated Through Previous Work Experience And/Or Education.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment: Allina Health System Is A Large Healthcare Organization With Multiple Locations And Departments. Lpns Must Be Able To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment, Prioritize Tasks, And Work Efficiently Under Pressure.
