  1. Perform a variety of laboratory procedures and tests under the supervision of a licensed laboratory professional.
  2. Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory procedures and results.
  4. Follow laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  5. Troubleshoot and report any issues or discrepancies with test results to the appropriate personnel.
  6. Assist in the ordering and stocking of laboratory supplies and reagents.
  7. Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  9. Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with new laboratory techniques and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  12. Perform quality control and proficiency testing to maintain the accuracy and precision of laboratory results.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and suggest changes to improve laboratory processes.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
  15. Attend staff meetings and participate in departmental projects and committees as needed.
  16. Take responsibility for personal and professional development and maintain a positive attitude towards learning and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Biology, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Laboratory Experience, Preferably In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Procedures, Including Sample Processing And Analysis.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.
