IT Business Analyst - EpicCare Inpatient

At Allina Health System, we are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Business Analyst - EpicCare Inpatient to join our team. In this role, you will work to provide guidance and support to EpicCare Inpatient project teams while evaluating, documenting, and analyzing existing and proposed systems and processes. You will also be responsible for the implementation of cost-effective solutions that meet user requirements and support the organization's goals.The ideal candidate will have the necessary technical, analytical, and communication skills to successfully collaborate with project team members, users, and stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of EpicCare Inpatient systems, as well as the ability to think creatively and critically. If you have a can-do attitude and are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience• At least 3 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills• Experience with EpicCare Inpatient systems• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
