Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Training Or Education In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field Preferred.
At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Health Unit Coordinator Or In A Similar Administrative Role In A Healthcare Setting, With Knowledge Of Mother Baby Unit Operations And Terminology.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Families, And Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team Members.
Proficient In Computer Systems And Software Commonly Used In Healthcare Settings, Such As Electronic Medical Records And Scheduling Systems.
Strong Organizational And Multitasking Abilities, With A Keen Attention To Detail And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
