Financial Clearance Representative Associate

We are looking for an experienced, customer-oriented Financial Clearance Representative Associate to join our team and provide exceptional service.The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a customer service mindset and a passion for working with people. The successful applicant will possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and families in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
2. Collect and review financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
3. Ensure that patient and family financial information is kept confidential.
4. Process payments and reimbursements accurately and promptly.
5. Monitor and respond to financial inquiries from patients and families.
6. Assist with resolving billing and payment issues.
7. Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
8. Maintain records of all financial transactions.
9. Utilize computer systems to input and retrieve data.
10. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
