Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution: This Is A Basic Requirement For Any Physician Position And Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Appropriate Medical Training.
Board Certification In Family Medicine: Allina Health System Requires All Family Medicine Physicians To Be Board Certified In Order To Ensure The Highest Level Of Competence And Expertise In The Field.
Active State Medical License: Allina Health System Requires All Physicians To Have An Active License To Practice Medicine In The State Where The Position Is Located. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Legally Qualified To Provide Medical Care.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Family Medicine: Allina Health System Prefers Candidates With At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Family Medicine. This Demonstrates A Proven Track Record Of Providing Quality Care And The Ability To Handle A Diverse Range Of Patient Cases.
