Employee Relations Specialist

As our Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll be a key part of ensuring a positive, productive and safe work environment for our employees. You’ll be responsible for resolving employee issues, providing guidance and support to managers, and promoting a culture of fairness and respect.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities, and have a strong commitment to creating a positive work environment. You’ll need to have a thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as experience in managing employee relations issues.
