  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of the employee recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
  3. Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and equity initiatives.
  5. Conduct regular talent assessments and create development plans for high-potential employees.
  6. Partner with leaders to identify and address talent gaps and succession planning needs.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support talent development initiatives.
  8. Monitor and analyze key talent metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  9. Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and managers on effective talent management practices.
  10. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment in talent management practices.
  11. Lead and facilitate organizational development efforts, including change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and organizational development.
  13. Effectively communicate and promote talent and organizational development initiatives to all levels of the organization.
  14. Develop and manage the department budget.
  15. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress and impact of talent and organizational development initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Management And Organizational Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement Strategies.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Implementing Leadership Development Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Lead A Team.
