Responsibilities of the Critical Care Clinical Program Specialist - RN:

  1. Coordinate the delivery of patient care services in the critical care unit.
  2. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to critical care.
  3. Monitor patient outcomes and develop plans for improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  5. Provide patient education and counseling.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive patient care.
  7. Maintain accurate medical records and document patient progress.
  8. Participate in professional development activities and maintain current licensure.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  10. Provide support and guidance to nursing staff.
