
Community Engagement Coordinator

- Develop and implement community engagement strategies in alignment with Allina Health System's mission and values.
- Identify and establish partnerships with community organizations, leaders, and stakeholders to support health and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct outreach efforts to engage community members and build relationships.
- Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and other activities to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and integration of community engagement efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between Allina Health System and the community, representing the organization in a positive and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community leaders and stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for Allina Health System's initiatives.
- Stay informed on community needs and trends to inform and enhance community engagement strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote community engagement initiatives and events.
- Prepare reports and presentations on community engagement efforts and outcomes.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in community engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities and partnerships.
- Attend relevant community events and meetings to stay connected with the community and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance community engagement efforts at Allina Health System.
Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Public Health, Community Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Community Outreach, Engagement, Or Organizing.
Strong Understanding Of Health Disparities And Social Determinants Of Health.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Diverse Community Members.
Knowledge Of Local Community Resources And Networks, As Well As Experience In Event Planning And Project Management.
