We are seeking an individual who is driven to stay on top of the ever-evolving healthcare landscape and is committed to providing the highest level of coding accuracy and efficiency.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive coding experience, be AHIMA certified and have a working knowledge of coding systems and databases. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and is able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.The Coder Lead will be responsible for training, auditing, and providing guidance to coders and other coding staff. They will be responsible for ensuring coding accuracy and compliance with applicable coding guidelines.
