Our Clinic RN Mental Health will provide compassionate and evidence-based clinical care to our patients with mental health needs. An ideal candidate for this position will have experience in providing mental health services, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong sense of empathy and kindness.The successful candidate will possess a current RN license in the state of Minnesota, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and two years of experience in providing mental health services. Additionally, the successful candidate will be passionate about providing the best possible care to patients, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: -Provide compassionate and evidence-based clinical care to patients with mental health needs -Maintain a current RN license in the state of Minnesota -Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills in order to provide the best possible care to patients -Maintain a strong attention to detail and a sense of empathy and kindness -Work with patients and families to develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals -Document patient encounters and progress in accordance with record-keeping standards -Keep abreast of trends and developments in the mental health field -Assist in the development and implementation of mental health programs and initiatives
