In addition, the successful candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families. Responsibilities:

1. Provide personalized, quality care to cardiac patients and help them develop the skills and knowledge needed to optimize their health and wellbeing.
2. Effectively communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
4. Develop and implement cardiac rehabilitation plans and programs.
5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
6. Educate patients and their families on lifestyle changes, medications, and other treatments.
7. Utilize evidence-based practices when making treatment decisions.
8. Document patient care and progress in medical records.
9. Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
10. Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
