Job Description

At Allina Health System, we are looking for an experienced Call Center Operator to join our Nutrition Services team. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for providing great service. The successful candidate must be able to work well independently and as part of a team, have a pleasant phone manner, and be able to handle customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and is able to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment. The Call Center Operator will be a key member of our Nutrition Services team, and will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our patients, clients, and other stakeholders. This role requires the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks while remaining personable and friendly on all calls. Responsibilities:

-Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously -Provide excellent customer service to patients, clients, and other stakeholders -Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Allina Health System Nutrition Services -Multi-task and prioritize tasks to stay organized in a fast-paced environment -Update customer information in the system and ensure accuracy -Identify customer needs and provide solutions -Remain professional and personable on all calls -Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer service -Perform other duties as assigned
