Benefits Intern

Allina Health System is looking for an enthusiastic Benefits Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the healthcare industry. The Benefits Intern will work closely with Human Resources and Benefit Administration teams to help maintain and manage employee benefit related processes. This individual should have an understanding of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. If you are a team player with a passion for helping others, this could be the role for you!Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• Knowledge of employee benefits and related processes• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
