  1. Conduct hearing assessments and evaluations for patients of all ages.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs.
  3. Administer and interpret hearing tests and other diagnostic evaluations.
  4. Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
  5. Educate patients and their families on hearing loss, treatment options, and communication strategies.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  7. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Stay current with advancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
  9. Provide counseling and support for patients and their families.
  10. Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients and colleagues.
  11. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  12. Participate in departmental meetings and trainings.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues.
  14. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and customer service.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctoral Degree In Audiology: A Minimum Of A Doctor Of Audiology (Au.d.) Degree From An Accredited University Is Required For This Position.

  • State Licensure: Must Hold A Current And Valid License To Practice Audiology In The State Where The Position Is Located.

  • Clinical Experience: At Least 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In Audiology Is Preferred, With A Focus On Diagnosing And Treating Hearing And Balance Disorders.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Must Have Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Colleagues, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Audiology Equipment And Technology: Familiarity With A Variety Of Audiology Equipment And Technology, Such As Hearing Aids, Cochlear Implants, And Diagnostic Tools, Is Essential For This Role.
